1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (email, company details) and usage data (canvas interactions, session metadata — never raw audio). We do not collect, store, or process audio recordings.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the Lucy service, send product updates (with your consent), and improve product quality. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
3. Data retention
Session canvas data is retained for 30 days by default. You can configure shorter retention or request immediate deletion at any time from your settings.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@meetlucy.ai to exercise these rights.
